SPRK’s advisory business is available to Seed and Early-Stage companies (Pre-Revenue and Post-Revenue) on a selective basis. We look for domestic and international companies in our focus industry verticals with well-developed business models, strong management teams, and the ability to grow and scale revenue quickly. We focus on companies at the Seed and Series A levels. Client engagements are kept to a minimum to ensure that clients get the senior attention they require.
For companies at the pre-revenue level, we provide a business accelerator designed for rapid completion of the company’s Minimum Viable Product (“MVP”) and commercial deployment. For companies at the post-revenue level, SPRK focuses on accelerating revenue growth at the enterprise level and provides significant experience with strategic transactions, including Commercial Partnerships, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances.
Debt & Equity
SPRK has extensive relationships with Venture Capital Funds, Angel Networks, Family Office and other capital sources and assists companies with raising Seed and Early-Stage capital in the debt and equity markets. Clients are increasingly looking for various corporate finance alternatives. Such mechanisms can be instrumental in helping companies expand operations, fund acquisitions and further develop their MVP. With access to private sources of capital and experience advising/scaling over 50 companies, our advisory professionals work in partnership with owners and management to: 1) discover new opportunities; 2) create strategic alliances; and 3) position businesses to scale revenue.
SPRK provides skilled transaction management to Early-Stage Companies and venture capital groups in both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Sell Side Advisory Transactions involve SPRK representing sellers of privately-held businesses and corporate clients seeking to divest business units or assets. Buy Side Advisory Transactions involve SPRK working with companies to achieve their growth objectives. We categorize potential targets, construct financial models, develop corporate financing solutions, and negotiate on our client’s behalf.
